With an emphasis on residential character, a new 34,000 SF 80 bed wing is designed as a series of small neighborhoods. Consisting of private and semi private suites, full baths, communal living room and kitchenettes. 

The neighborhoods are linked to the dining room with country kitchens, bake shops, and an activity pavilion, all opening to expansive courtyard gardens. The former 80 bed SNF was converted to assisted living and memory care apartments.
