The goal began as a need to enhance the care and recuperation time for a younger, more mobile and expanding sub-acute market. The result was as close to making therapy "Fun' as one could possibly hope.

The therapy experience starts immediately upon exiting the elevator. With a muralized corridor steetscape and a sidewalk cafe, the elevated fitness center is viewed through storefront windows. The therapy suite is accessed through an ADL Suite complete with garage and training automobile.

Up a track ramp and past the fitness room is the spa, garden walkway, bus, grocery store, theater, and arcade all designed as training tools to reacquaint an individual with the physical and textural experiences found within their home and community.
